Day 7 - 24/01/2015

Gym day
- Did cycling for 30 minutes.
Breakfast - chicken and avacado wrap
Lunch - Chicken breast and beans
Dinner - Burger and chips (cheat meal for the week).

Day 6 - 23/01/2015

6am wake up and morning meditation and simple stretching. No gym today. A rest day. Follow previous diet...expect that I was eating more fruits during the day.
